- Start your day with Mary! Update the app with the correct dates for Mary to be capable of helping you with any issues you may have.
- Call customers as soon as possible, and update the job status according to communication/contact you had with customers. In case customers do not respond, send them an SMS, change the date for future communication, and call them again. If they do not respond again, update job status with the explanation ‘‘Impossible to contact with customer’’.
- Do not ever leave never red dates. Ensure that all jobs are updated correctly according to the communication you had with customers.
- Inform immediately every job stage after every communication you have with each customer.
